Who We Are
Kordler is an online store operated by NORFELD COMPANY LLC, EIN 98-1951012, with its registered address at 1439 TAMARIND AVE APT 202, LOS ANGELES, CA 90028, United States. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit https://kordler.com, place an order, contact us, or otherwise interact with our store. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@kordler.com.
Personal Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when you browse or use our store, including your name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, telephone number, order details, customer service communications, and preferences. Payment information is processed by our payment service providers; we may receive payment status, transaction identifiers, the payment method type, and limited card details needed for records and fraud prevention, but we do not need to store complete payment card numbers.
We may also collect device and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP address, and identifiers generated through cookies or similar technologies. We receive information from service providers and advertising partners where permitted by law.
How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to accept and process orders and payments, arrange shipping and delivery, provide order updates and customer support, investigate delivery issues, review refund requests, detect fraud and protect our store, maintain business records, operate and improve our website, analyze site performance, and comply with legal obligations.
Where permitted by applicable law and your choices, we also use information to send promotional emails, measure marketing effectiveness, create advertising audiences, and display or measure relevant advertising. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting support@kordler.com. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop essential order or service communications.
Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential store functions, such as cart functionality, checkout, security, and remembering preferences, as well as analytics and advertising where enabled. The tools used by our store include Meta Pixel, which measures interactions and advertising conversions and may support ad targeting on Meta platforms; Google Analytics 4, which helps us understand traffic, site usage, and website performance; TikTok Pixel, which measures visits and advertising conversions and may support ad targeting on TikTok; Klaviyo, which supports email marketing, audience segmentation, and the measurement of campaign engagement; and Convertify, which supports store conversion optimization and analysis of customer interactions.
You can decline or manage nonessential cookies through any cookie preference controls made available on our site and through your browser settings. You may also use the privacy and advertising controls offered by Meta, Google, and TikTok. Blocking cookies may affect some website features. Browser-based choices may need to be renewed for each browser or device. Where applicable law requires consent before nonessential tracking, we will request it before activating that tracking. Your choices concerning certain advertising disclosures may also be exercised as described in the California Privacy Rights section below.
How We Share Personal Information
We disclose personal information as reasonably necessary to operate the store, including to Shopify, payment processors, fraud prevention providers, hosting and technology vendors, customer support providers, shipping and logistics partners, and our third-party fulfillment supplier in China. We may disclose information to the analytics, marketing, and advertising providers identified above, subject to applicable law and your privacy choices.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal processes, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business restructuring, acquisition, or sale. We do not sell personal information for money. Certain advertising and measurement technologies may nonetheless constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under California law, depending on how they operate.
International Processing and Fulfillment
Kordler sells to customers in the United States. Orders are fulfilled by a third-party supplier that ships products directly from China. We share the information needed to fulfill your order, such as the recipient's name, delivery address, telephone number where required, and order details, with the supplier and delivery partners. Personal information may be processed or accessed in the United States, China, and other locations where our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those in your state.
Data Retention and Security
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, maintain transaction and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with applicable legal requirements. Retention periods vary according to the type of data and the purpose for which it is processed. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, and to receive information about how it is used or disclosed. Certain requests may be subject to verification and lawful exceptions. To submit a privacy request, email support@kordler.com. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or authority to act on another person's behalf. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
California Privacy Rights (CCPA and CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, may provide rights to know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected about you; request deletion or correction; obtain information about categories of sources, purposes, and recipients; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable; and exercise these rights without unlawful discrimination or retaliation.
During the preceding 12 months, the categories of personal information we may have collected include identifiers and contact information; customer and transaction records; commercial information such as purchase history; internet or electronic network activity; approximate geolocation derived from IP address; and inferences about shopping interests or preferences. These categories are obtained directly from you, automatically from your interactions with the store, or from relevant service providers and advertising partners. We use and disclose these categories for the operational, fulfillment, security, analytics, and marketing purposes described above.
The categories of recipients may include payment processors, Shopify and other website service providers, fulfillment and delivery partners, customer support vendors, and analytics and advertising partners. Advertising-related disclosures through Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics 4, and similar tools may be treated as sharing or selling under California law even when no money changes hands. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
California residents may request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information by emailing support@kordler.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.” We will also process legally applicable opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, when received in a form and context that applicable law requires us to honor. You may submit access, deletion, correction, or other California privacy requests to the same email address. Authorized agents may submit requests on a consumer's behalf, subject to legally permitted verification. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Children's Privacy
Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact support@kordler.com so we can review the request and take appropriate action.
Third-Party Websites and Services
Our site may link to or integrate third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices and are not necessarily controlled by Kordler. Please review their notices before providing information to them.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our operations, service providers, or legal requirements. Any updated version will be posted at https://kordler.com with a revised “Last updated” date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or seek consent.
